Good Morning!

Happy Fall Morning everyone!



Pumpkin Spice Overnight Oats

  • 1/3 cup old fashioned oats
  • 3/4 cup milk (any kind you would like)
  • 2 Tbsp canned pumpkin (I used my own)
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 Tbsp raisins
  • 1.5 tsp walnuts
  • 2 tsp brown sugar

Whisk the first 4 ingredients together. Cover and let sit in the fridge overnight.  In the morning add the raisins, walnuts, and brown sugar.  Mix in and devour!

    And a “Good Morning” to you too! I absolutely love your quote for the day. We should all take time to be grateful for another day, another chance to finish what we were unable to complete yesterday and my favorite…another day to love.
