Pumpkin Spice Overnight Oats

  • 1/3 cup old fashioned oats
  • 3/4 cup milk (any kind you would like)
  • 2 Tbsp canned pumpkin (I used my own)
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 Tbsp raisins

Whisk the first 4 ingredients together. Cover and let sit in the fridge overnight.  In the morning add the raisins, walnuts, and brown sugar.  Mix in and devour!

Good morning sun 🙂 Here’s to you!

“Welcome every morning with a smile.  Look on the new day as another special gift from your Creator, another golden opportunity to complete what you were unable to finish yesterday.  Be a self starter, Let your first hour set the theme of success and positive action that is certain to echo through your entire day.  Today will never happen again.  Don’t waste it with a false start or no start at all.  You were not born to fail.”

And a “Good Morning” to you too! I absolutely love your quote for the day. We should all take time to be grateful for another day, another chance to finish what we were unable to complete yesterday and my favorite…another day to love.
