I think my cold is making a come back. Blah
So, I made a wonderful brunch to help soothe the aches and pains.
Apple Cobbler Oatmeal
Bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Add 1/2 cup oldfashioned oats. Time for 5 minutes.
Half way added one cored and diced apple (any kind you like), 2 Tbsp of raisins, cinnamon (I added a lot, but you can choose to add less). Continue to stir until the 5 minutes are up.
Take oatmeal off of stove and put into your favorite bowl!
Top with brown sugar, walnuts, and milk (I used vanilla soy milk, so I didn’t need as much sugar)
I made a green monster to go alongside! This is definitely a powerhouse breakfast. 🙂
