A Culinary Flop

TOFU!  Yes, this is the story of my failure with this amorphous block of soy bean heaven.

I heard baking was an appropriate method of cooking tofu, however I was uninformed of its ability to become a rubber piece of nothingness during this process.  Here are pictures … don’t let the prettiness of them fool you to believe that it tasted any good…

I tried a rather delicious rub on the tofu, however the rubber texture just completely threw me off.  Does anyone have any way to cook tofu that makes it palatable?  Please let me know!  I need some help 🙂
